South Korean actress Son Dam-bi shares first family photo after birth of daughter

South Korean actress Son Dam-bi has shared the first family photo following the birth of her daughter, celebrating the new chapter in her life.

On April 16, Son posted a photo on social media, writing, “A miracle that came into our lives with tiny hands and feet.” In the image, she is seen cradling her newborn daughter, smiling brightly despite wearing a face mask.

The baby, who already shows a strong resemblance to her mother with a defined nose and full head of hair, drew attention online. The couple’s happiness and excitement are palpable in the family portrait, with their baby gazing curiously at her smiling mother.

Son expressed her emotions in the caption, saying, “To our beloved baby Ddabong, you are our greatest happiness. Thank you to everyone for the warm wishes. Thank you, oppa,” referring to her husband, Lee Gyu-hyuk.

After undergoing IVF treatment, Son gave birth on April 11, a moment she described as both emotional and miraculous. Her journey to motherhood will be featured in the upcoming TV Chosun reality program Our Baby Is Born, set to premiere in May.
