BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars maintain momentum on Billboard Hot 100 with ‘APT.’ for 26 consecutive weeks
BLACKPINK member Rosé continues to make history as her collaborative single “APT.” with Bruno Mars remains in the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 for the 26th consecutive week. According to the latest chart released on April 23 (dated April 26), “APT.” holds steady at No. 13, reflecting the song’s enduring popularity and commercial success.
Previously, “APT.” peaked at No. 3 on the Hot 100, setting a new record for the highest-charting solo single by a Korean female artist. The track’s consistent presence near the top of the chart has solidified Rosé’s status as a formidable solo force in the global pop market.
“APT.” serves as the pre-release single from Rosé’s debut full-length album rosie, and was inspired by the popular Korean “apartment game” trend. Notably, Rosé took part in writing, composing, and producing the track, showcasing her artistic range. The collaboration with Bruno Mars blends emotional pop vocals with soulful instrumentation, creating a cross-cultural sound that resonated widely with global audiences.
Meanwhile, fellow BLACKPINK member Jennie also returned to the Billboard Hot 100 this week. Her latest solo single “Like Jennie” re-entered the chart at No. 96, buoyed by heightened exposure from her performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. The re-entry highlights her continued influence in the international music scene.
On the Billboard 200 album chart, both artists achieved placements with their solo albums. Jennie’s debut LP Ruby ranked at No. 81, while Rosé’s rosie charted at No. 98, demonstrating individual commercial viability beyond group activities.
The sustained success of BLACKPINK’s solo ventures not only underscores each member’s artistic growth but also reflects K-pop’s deepening presence in mainstream Western markets.
