Lingling, a fan favorite from Mnet’s survival show I-LAND2, is set to make her official debut as part of Lin Branding’s first global girl group. The announcement was made on April 18 by the agency’s CEOs, Kim Byung-seon and Kwon Jung-hee.

The Chinese-Malaysian artist made waves during her time on I-LAND2 with her stunning visuals and versatile performance skills in rap, vocals, and dance, earning her the nickname “certified all-rounder.” She also garnered overwhelming global support, ranking second in pre-debut fan votes.

With the debut announcement, Lingling’s personal Instagram account was launched, featuring a new profile image that quickly drew enthusiastic responses from international fans. Dressed in casual, natural styling, Lingling displayed both elegance and playful charm. Staff on set praised her for her professional attitude and expressive modeling skills.

Lingling is now set to become the first Malaysian K-pop girl group member, marking a significant milestone in K-pop’s growing global diversity. Her agency confirmed she will focus on international promotions, with detailed debut information to be revealed through Lin Branding’s official channels.
